MiTower: DIY Scaffold Tower Hire
Quick Build Mobile Tower MiTower
DIY scaffold towers are the first one-person quick assembly towers in the world. These self-build scaffold towers are strong, robust, safe and compact pieces of equipment – offering great convenience, security, and access. With a maximum platform height of 4m and maximum handrail height of 5m, these DIY scaffold towers offer access to jobs at a working height of up to 6 metres.
Whilst de-constructed, all of the parts of the access tower can fit neatly into its trolley base, which can then be wheeled around with ease through corridors, doorways and lifts by one person. The tower can be erected easily by just one person, without any tools, in just 10 minutes. The scaffolding sections fix together securely using a locking mechanism.
Once the mobile tower has been put into position and erected, you will have excellent access to complete all kinds of inspection, maintenance, repair and decorating jobs at a height. The maximum weight limit on these towers is 150kg, so there is plenty of allowance for you and your tools. The MiTower scaffold tower merges safety and convenience perfectly, to give you a compact and easy to assemble piece of access equipment, with a small working footprint, that is able to provide the security to work at a height safely. We have both the standard MiTower and the MiTower Plus available for hire.
The standard MiTower is designed to support one person on the platform. The MiTower Plus has slightly larger platform length and width dimensions, so it is able to provide space for two people to stand and work on the platform at the same time.
