80mm Diesel Diaphragm Pump Hire

80mm diesel diaphragm pumps use the reciprocating action of internal rubber diaphragms to create a flow of water. The nitrile rubber diaphragms and check valves ensure that priming is unnecessary and that dry running is not an issue. The maximum suction lift that these water pumps are capable of is 8 metres, however 6 metres or less is recommended.

These heavy duty water pumps have excellent pumping capabilities, as they can pump dirty water containing mud, sludge, sand and suspended spherical solids up to 40mm. They are robust and tough pieces of equipment, with aluminium pump ends, needle bearings and oil filled gear units which help to ensure reliable pumping even in challenging site conditions. The wheel trolley that the pump is mounted on makes these machines very portable. These diesel powered diaphragm pumps are designed to be placed outside of the flooded area. They use a suction hose to draw water out of the flooded area, and a layflat delivery hose to pump it away.

Tough Dirty Water Pumps

These 50mm petrol diaphragm pumps harness the reciprocating action of an internal diaphragm to induce a flow of water. They are designed to be placed away from the flooded area with a suction hose to draw the water out, and a layflat delivery hose to pump it away. These pumps are ideal for utilities, hire fleets, drainage, waste removal, construction, and submerged litter, and they can handle sand containing site water, solids up to 30mm, and silt.

These pumps are incredibly robust due to the construction of certain parts such as the pump casings, inlet and outlet ports along with the surge reducing chambers. They are powered by OHV Honda engines that are fuelled with petrol and have an oil alert that prevents damage from low oil. The steel frame protects the moving parts in bust areas and makes the unit easy to carry, while also featuring rubber anti-vibration mounts.
